Buyer information consists of the information entered in the system during the order.

3. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This agreement defines the terms and conditions of sale and delivery of products purchased by the buyer from the Zayrea Boutique website.

4. DELIVERY

Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

5. INVOICE

E-Invoice / e-Archive Invoice system is used for sales.

Invoice is sent via email.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The buyer has the right to withdraw within 14 days from the delivery date.

There is no right of withdrawal for products prepared specifically for the individual.

7. AUTHORIZED COURT

Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction in disputes.
